Rebel Dame of the Month...
Posted by: Tony Misfit in MyBlog

So you might be wondering, “What makes a woman a Rebel Dame?” Well how can we put it, a Rebel Dame is a gal that can bring a man to his knees with only a glance. She’s a woman with dangerous curves, great individual style, classy yet edgy and unpredictable. She’s capable of breaking hearts and necks. A true Rebel Dame doesn’t walk, she struts. She’s the kind of woman that makes you thank God or hail Satan that you were born a man!!! So it is with great pleasure and tight jeans that we introduce our first Rebel Dame of the Month…..
Miss Lorraine Tully

Miss Lorraine caught our eye from her work with Varla Magazine, and several hot rod magazine covers that she’s graced over the years. Now, don’t be misled, she’s got brains to go with those good looks! She embodies the true definition of what a Rebel Dame is and should be. Miss Lorraine is a woman who craves knowledge, I mean reads for fun, who does that? She does! She lives her life for herself, she doesn’t try and live up to what anyone or society expects from her. She’s a true individual. This long legged, statuesque woman is a true rock n rolla, don’t get to close or she will cut you! I saw her do it once, but I didn’t testify, so they couldn’t prosecute. But I digress…..Enough with the foreplay! Let us slip into something a little more comfortable and hear from Miss Lorraine herself as she was kind enough to indulge us and answer a few questions we had. So follow us into the interview dungeon as we strap her down to get answers to our questions. The stone walls, candle light and red velvet curtains give the room a little ambiance, don’t you agree? Leather chairs and medieval weapons hanging from the walls and the sound of the fireplace crackles behind us. None of that is true, just thought it would it totally sounds awesome right? No? Read on and enjoy our little Q&A with the lovely Miss Lorraine…..
RMTV: Congratulations on being our first ever Rebel Dame of the Month! Are you as excited as we are about popping our cherry.
Lorraine: Depends on how good it is, hopefully, it is exciting? Then I’ll come back for seconds. Very few actually make that cut. Ha ha.
RMTV: So you’re saying there’s a chance. We’ll take that. You have been modelling for some time now, where might we have seen your work?
Lorraine: I really can’t call it "modelling" so much as just being around for a very long time. Much before what I refer to as "The scene" was really a "scene'. I think the first thing I ever did was the cover of [Tattoo] Savage back in 2003. No editing. No special lights. No photoshop. I worked with George Barris on countless projects. I've been in many of the hot rod/car magazines over the years. My most recent was last year for the cover of Wheels Magazine.
RMTV: Oh we know your work well! We have been keeping a scrap book. Um, wait, just kidding. Men don’t “scrap book” that would be gay. Any who, how did you get involved with Varla and what's going on with the magazine these days?
Lorraine: The second I saw Varla [Magazine] I contacted Rachel [Varla] and said "where have you been all my life?!?" Later Rachel booked me for a fashion show in Hollywood and we clicked. To say the least I have earned my way. I'm pretty much a gangsta. It’s nothing short of just being who I am. It’s "My lifestyle not a trend". Nothing about me is fake. Not even my boobs. Now chew that up and spit it out!!!
Varla [Magazine] took a break and some down time to get "re-inspired" and its all coming back together. Rachel has loyalty pumping through her veins.

RMTV: *Spits* Amazing! Aside from your boobs, we noticed your tattoos and we loves em! Who does you work?
Lorraine: My tattoos are Shit, but thanks for saying you love them. Ha ha. I got my first one in a garage when I was 15 by some vato on the East side of Salinas. I love random tattoos. I personally live my life in the moment. My tattoos prove that. I have a razor blade right next to a little deer. WTF? I like flaws and imperfections. It’s those things and people that you can see realism in, and in return you can relate to.
RMTV: Are you one of those who loves the pain of getting tattooed or does it make you cry like the rest of us?...er, I mean, so I've heard from other people. *awkward smile*
Lorraine: "Ohh I am bitching the whole time. You never get use to the pain. I don’t care what people say. I don't have the patience or the tolerance for it like I use to.
RMTV: You wuss! We just pass out like men! So, let's talk music, tell us some of your favorite bands off the top of your head don't even think about it....1-2-3 GO!
Lorraine: 1-Depeche mode, 2-Alkaline Trio, 3-The Ramones, 4-Murder City Devils, 5-Face to Face, 6-The Descendents. The list never ends. I’d seriously DIE without music. I will admit to a guilty pleasure of mine is liking Lady Gaga.
RMTV: No worries, we won’t judge you for that as long as you don’t judge us for liking KNOTB. What? Why are you looking at us with that judgmental look? ….Moving on, in your opinion, which band's live show is hot enough to blow women's clothes right off their sexy bodies?
Lorraine: Depeche mode. That show changed my life. For one night the rest of the world was non existent. To my knowledge speaking on my own experiences. That the highest of high on drugs can do, and or make you feel. God knows I'm no stranger in that department. Couldn't even touch that natural high I had.
RMTV: Finally, the question everyone was wondering, *drum roll* Do you think cucumbers taste better pickled?
Lorraine: Umm I didn’t even know there was such thing as a pickled cucumber? I'm one picky bitch.
RMTV: Well Miss Lorraine, with that we hope we’ve exited you in all the right ways so you come back for a second helping. We thank you for talking to us and congratulations again on being chosen to be our 1st official Rebel Dame of the Month. You want to see more of our Rebel Dame of the Month?
